TASK:
In 2021, the Client company with foreign capital in Republic of Moldova did request Vioser Consulting to assess the level of their accountants performance and the efficiency of the work processes within the accounting department of the Client company.
This project was a challenge for us as it was a complex, long lasting one and you can only see the results in time.
SOLUTION:
Vioser Consulting experts set up the Action Plan for each request separately and succeeded to realize the following:
- assessing accountants;
- setting up the professional level of accountants;
- analysis of existing working processes in the accounting department;
- elaboration of the analysis report: solutions for optimization of the internal working processes and increasing the accountants efficiency;
- implementation of the proposed solutions and evaluation of the results as an impact in dynamics.
Vioser Consulting maintained a close and efficient communication with the Client, especially with the accountants during the whole project. Any existing working procedure has been analyzed in the smallest detail so that it will later be possible to achieve an efficient optimization and generate a positive impact.
RESULT:
As a result of the activities carried out within the Client company, it was determined and realized:
- the level of performance of each accountant;
- the level of team working efficiency;
- optimization of working procedures in the accounting department, so the time used for the same work volume has been reduced;
- improving the level of reporting in the accounting department and to the company management.
The accounting department of the Client will continue to operate with min. 25% higher efficiency because the repeating activities have been excluded, IT solutions have been implemented that significantly reduced the time and errors, and optimal internal communication and reporting has been set up. so that in a reasonable time to obtain maximum benefits.
