About us
We have been a husband and wife since 2009, and in business since 2017, when Sergiu decided to change his professional activity.
We both have the same professional background, with 2 faculties and a master’s degree in Business Administration each. When we got married, none of us knew that in addition to life partners we would also become business partners in just a few years.
The VIOSER Company came to life in 2013 – while Viorica was on childcare leave.
We’ve been helping businesses thrive ever since. We achieve this result through the consulting services provided with all the passion and professionalism that we – Sergiu and Viorica Rumleanschi – have for everything we do.
The first Client of VIOSER was Viorica’s last employer, who continued benefiting from our services for over 13 years. Throughout these years, he’s learned to do what we provide today as a service to our clients (business registration, tax advice on tax efficiency, maintenance of accounting & HR, obtaining work permits for non-residents and reorganization or liquidation of the company if necessary).
Viorica: I always liked to create and manage, and starting a business was exactly the activity, in what I put into practice the knowledge and experience gained over the years. The first jobs I had were related to the position of accountant in a local company and later – chief accountant in a multinational company. The position of chief accountant was quite complex, as at the same time I had the task of organizing the establishment of the company, its administration and later its liquidation. My direct involvement in all the life cycles of the company allowed me to know and see things more broadly, not only from the perspective of an accountant, but also from the point of view of an entrepreneur. I understood that a valuable employee is the one who comes up with proposals and solutions, always developing these qualities and applying the knowledge and experience along the way.

Sergiu: I have always liked the exact sciences, and after graduating from the faculties of finance and accounting I had a beautiful experience in the financial-banking field, namely in auditing.
A major change always involves uncertainty and risk, especially when an experience of more than 14 years is very close to your soul.
Today I realize with certainty that the decision to be with Viorica in the company Vioser was the best decision taken at that time. Now I do what I love most: I apply my experience over the years in the financial-accounting and tax field to help accountants, directors and entrepreneurs grow their business.
