TASK:
In 2021, VIOSER received a request from a local AUDIT company Client – to train the audit and accounting department in the field of taxes and accounting.
As the fiscal-accounting area of activity is quite dynamic in Moldova and the Clients of the Audit company come from different sectors of activity, the auditors need permanent guidance in the context of permanent change of local legislation.
Thus, Vioser being one of the most experienced companies in Moldova in organizing trainings for Accountants and Auditors, have been asked to organize a corporate training for the Auditing Company.
Also, in order to standardize the verification procedures during the audit projects, the Client requested to issue and demonstrate specific verification methods related to the following areas: income tax from salary and similar payments; taxes applied to non-residents; applicability of value added tax; income tax return (VEN12); calculation and declaration methods.
SOLUTION:
Vioser Consulting together with the Client did agree on the corporate training program and agenda, based on the requests previously submitted. Our experts adapted specially for the Client the program and learning materials based on the requested topics, thus Vioser developing the training materials, procedures and tools recommended to be applied during the audit projects.
The corporate training was organized during 3 days at the Client’s headquarters both online and offline. Participants had the opportunity to ask specific questions, based on their own knowledge and experience. Learning materials, case studies and applicable solutions were provided, as well as specific suggestions, tools and methodologies that are very useful in practice and in verification projects.
RESULT:
The Client company did benefit from an extensive, complex and professional training for their Accountants and Auditors, carried out in a very reasonable time in order not to interrupt the activity of the company and their employees daily tasks. The trained staff received a new experience in terms of tax-accounting aspects related to consulting and auditing. The trainer provided explicit solutions, based on real case studies, presented in an explicit and accessible language both for those just initiated in the domain and for those who already have extensive professional experience.
We definitely believe that the learning materials on the 3 most important topics in the tax and accounting field, including the 47 case studies and many other specific academic support provided to the Client will be useful in the future to complete and improve the internal verification methodologies and procedures.
